The Other Face of Panic

As it is clear from the very title, the book “The Other Face of panic” aims to shift the focus of people who suffer from panic disorder from its symptoms.

Through change of perspective, i.e. recognizing and realizing the “other face” of their state, these people are finally able to accept what they considered as unacceptable till now, namely panic disorder. Without pressing them, I lead them to self-awareness.

Without obtrusion, I suggest that panic disorder is not a punishment for them, but it is a call, a sign given from our subconscious mind that the path we have chosen is not the one our soul wants. Through the symptoms of our body our true “Self” wants to open our mind for something new, something better.

It prepares us for a long expected Change. I slightly assure them that panic disorder is their friend who is not afraid to tell the truth, no matter how it hurts them. That panic disorder is our own unconscious choice and thanks to it for the first time in our Life we are able to see the truth about ourselves and our Lives.
