Eat Wheat: A Scientific and Clinically-Proven Approach to Safely Bringing Wheat and Dairy Back into your Diet

eat-wheatHumans have been eating wheat almost 3 million years longer than we have hunted meat, and now, after 60 years of a low-cholesterol, highly processed diet, more than 70 million Americans have lost the ability to digest foods like wheat and dairy. This breakdown of digestion has damaged the intestinal wall, leaking undigested foods and environmental toxins into the body’s lymphatic drainage system and brain. Eat Wheat explains how both weak digestion and lymphatic congestion are responsible for the “grain brain” symptoms. Simply taking wheat and dairy out of the diet is a temporary solution. Let’s stop treating the symptoms and address the root cause of gluten and dairy intolerance.

shearwaterSomeone is trying to kill me.

When my parents died in an accident, they left me like a piece of furniture to a grandfather I never knew existed. In Ireland. As if moving halfway around the world wasn’t bad enough, I soon learned my mother had left behind some unresolved drama – dark secrets that were screaming to be uncovered. Strange things keep happening around me. Happening to me. Is it because of Sebastian, the golden-haired stranger who showed up in town at the same time as I did? Or Ethan, the kid locals whisper plays with dark magic? Maybe both. Maybe neither. But someone is definitely out to get me, and I need to figure out why, and fast… because I’m discovering powers of my own. Powers that I can’t contain. And no matter what I do or who is to blame, if I don’t discover the real reason my mother fled Ireland, more people are going to die.

MERMAIDS ARE REAL. And they’re going to kill us all.

Other Side

Other Side is a riveting tale of contemporary romance.

The themes are viewed through the experiences of a young attorney. The title Other Side is an attempt to explore the duality of personality, character and actions of people. The main character faces his conflicts and value propositions through four relationships that are juxtaposed and contradictory. His pursuit of validation and truth is explored through his mother, wife, mistress and a sex worker. The anecdotes from each encapsulate a broad perspective of political and social issues in a multi cultural American society. Although presented through the prism of a male protagonist the women’s stories of relationship struggle and maturation provides the platform for all the characters development.

Arc of the Story

The characters act out their love, frustrations and dreams for the future. As the story progresses, the male protagonist navigates the various ups and downs of love, sex, career, family and self.
